I strive to create frictionless experiences that enable a diverse set of people achieve their goals. I am enthusiastic about melding tangible and intelligent interfaces to create multimodal experiences that are user-centered. As Scott McCloud says, the message is more important than the messenger.

My curiosity for product design started since the time I had to troubleshoot feature phones. Since then I have dabbled with everything from modifying smartphone OS, assembling physical prototypes to building my own 3d printer. Through my undergraduate in Engineering Design, I designed tangible products and studied complex systems that make them functional.

Previously, at Xiaomi, I worked on the Android app catalog and building the IoT and home ecosystem. While designing these, I collaborated closely with an international team of product managers, developers, designers, and subject matter experts while managing products from conception to release.

When I am not immersed in design, I am busy taking pictures of the everyday, waking up at odd times to watch Formula 1, challenging friends at board games, and finding excuses for a road trip.
